Incorporating and launching a company in Paraguay

Depending on the project, launch may involve
- Defining a suitable company structure, as appropriate
- Identifying partners or shareholders, when applicable
- Personal and/or corporate documentation required for the profile
- Incorporation or formalisation of the company, when applicable
- Tax registration / RUC, when applicable
- Accounting coordination, according to the operation
- Registered or commercial address, when applicable
- Permits according to the activity, depending on the sector
- Labour matters, when employees are planned
- Sector permits, when the activity requires them
- Import or export, when part of the project
- The foreigner’s immigration situation, when applicable
An industrial plant, a software company, a retail business or an import operation may need different combinations. There is no single checklist for every case.
